Summary

If you ask most executives if their association is producing enough content, the answer is usually yes – and sometimes it’s ‘too much’. Newsletters go out. Webinars get scheduled. The website stays current. AI is churning. Determining whether any of it is directly driving membership retention or non-dues revenue, or even the desired action or response, and there is a lot less certainty. That gap between content activity and impact tends to get handed off as a communications or marketing problem. It isn't. It's a strategic design problem, which requires a strategic solution.

In this session, Susan Iris and Erin Haines of The Studio by Navigate walk association leaders through a practical leadership framework for closing the gap between content activity and strategic results. This isn't about adding more. It's about making what you already have work harder, cost less in staff capacity, create revenue streams, and deliver clearer value to members, sponsors, and your Board.
