Summary
Leaders are made, not born and communication is the key to becoming an effective leader. When you learn to use your Emotional Intelligence, you can communicate more effectively to influence and empower those around you. In this session, participants will learn the 3 main cornerstones of Emotionally Intelligent Leadership: self-awareness, understanding, and influence. Participants will leave with actionable strategies to improve their leadership skills immediately.
