Nicolette is an Analyst for Association Laboratory, a research company which helps associations make better strategic decisions. She has been involved with associations for over 8 years and is recognized as a rising leader in association management, having received Association Forum’s Forty Under 40 Award. She is also an active member on FSAE's Governance Committee and Young Professionals Task Force.
